Course Description

Ph.D. in Food Technology is a Doctorate level course in Food technology and science, the minimum duration of which is 3 years and maximum would be 6 years. The base qualification rules is qualifying a Master's certificate in Food Technology or Food science alongside passing the four year college education of 4 years with a base total of 70% or more from a perceived college recorded under UGC/AIU. Candidates are expected to clear the selection test which is held by various foundations and schools for qualifying the program followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The doctorate program in Food Technology lets up-and-comers comprehend the procedures to overcome any barrier between applied science and essentials in the food business so as to continue research in the said field.


The candidates should have a Masters degree in a relevant field from a recognized university with an aggregate of 55% marks and also a valid PhD entrance test along with an interview.
