Course Description

This post graduate diploma course covers in-depth knowledge of the physical processes of volcanoes. It provides insights on historical eruptions, understanding of risk and risk mitigation. It allows experiential learning on data gathering, handling analysis and presentation to publishable standard. Candidates will develop a wide range of skills, such as quantitative and computational skills.

Eligibility

The candidate should have completed a Masters degree in Volcanology or any equivalent faculty.
