Course Description

MD in Anaesthesiology today is a vast speciality in medicine, with its subspecialties ranging from pre- operative patient care to critical care, trauma care, pain management and palliative care. Students learn about different pros, cons and techniques of anesthetics and their utility in various medical situations.

Eligibility

As a minimum criterion of eligibility for admission to the course, aspiring candidates need to have attained the MBBS degree from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India, besides a one-year compulsory internship program.
