Course Description

Food technology is a branch of food science that deals with the production, preservation, quality control and research and development of the food products. MTech Food Technology is a postgraduate degree of 2 years and is one of the most demanding courses in the Nutrition and Hospitality world. This course as a whole covers production, processing, preservation, packaging, labeling, quality management. etc.


The candidate should have completed B. Tech./B.E. / M.Sc. or equivalent Degree from a recognized university with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Many colleges conduct Entrance exams for admission to this course.
