Course Description

Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition, is a postgraduate study in Nutrition and Dietetics. A clinical nutritionist is concerned with the therapeutic application of nutrition, which is frequently done in a medical environment as part of a comprehensive healthcare plan. Clinical nutritionists provide effective nutrition regimens geared at achieving specific health objectives such as illness prevention and treatment, immune system strengthening, and the sustenance of persons who cannot take care of themselves. In addition, candidates will be educated in the following areas: nutritional supplementation, detoxification and fluid and electrolyte balance; blood kinds; anti-oxidants; anti-stress disorders; physical fitness; infectious illnesses; and mental performance.
