Course Description

M.Com economics is a 2 Year postgraduate programme designed to impart extensive knowledge in the economic principles and their applications. Economics deals with production, consumption and distribution of goods and services and their effect on society. Training is provided in areas such as Advanced Economics Analysis, Monetary Theory and Practice, International Trade and Banking, business Economics, Statistical Trade, Industrial Economics, Rural Economics, Labour Economics, Demography and Population Study, Foreign Exchange Management etc. Graduates can work as Assistant Accountant, Account Executive, Operation Manager, Financial Analyst, Audit Officer, Accountant etc.

Eligibility

The candidate should have completed Bachelor’s Degree in relevant faculty or discipline from a recognized university with a Minimum of 55% marks in aggregate. Many colleges conduct Entrance exams for admission to this course.
