Course Description

Diploma in Marine Engineering is a program designed to produce skilled and efficient marine engineers in carrying out smooth operations and maintain the ship propulsion part and related/required engineering equipments, etc. The course curriculum is a vide and advanced learning areas including Ship Construction, Ship Stability, Marine Power Plant etc. Besides lectures and lab work, students will be exposed to advanced ship engineering system simulators and various Naval Architecture training computer software. Students will be able to develop soft skills like decision making, disciplinary, communication and teamwork.

Eligibility

The candidate should have qualified 10+2 any stream or its equivalent from a recognized board of education with at least 60% marks in aggregate.
