Diploma in Environmental Engineering is a branch of engineering that focuses on environmental issues and problems. This branch uses principles of engineering and technology, biology, soil science, chemistry and energy management to deal with environmental issues and improve the quality of the environment- at local and at global scale. Waste recycling systems, water recycling systems, water purification systems, renewable energy management systems, toxic industrial waste management systems etc are managed because of the branch of environmental engineering. This branch makes use of principles of other engineering and science fields like civil engineering, chemical engineering, biology etc.
The candidate should have qualified 10+2 (science stream + English) or its equivalent from a recognized board of education with at least 60% marks in aggregate.
