Eligibility

Candidates must have a 10+2 diploma from a recognised board or council, with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and one of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or another technical subject. Some institutes also make English one of the required subjects. Candidates must have obtained at least 45-50 percent aggregate marks at the 10+2 level. Candidates from the SC/ST reserved categories are eligible for a 5% reduction in their qualifying marks.
