Course Description

B.Sc. in Computational Mathematics and Statistics is 3 years undergraduate degree program.The course is designed to be a well-balanced combination of an extensive theoretical study as well as practical training of computer science, numerical computing and mathematical finance. Through this course, candidates learn to apply advanced mathematical principles to computing technologies as mathematical operations play a major role in programming and hardware. The course curriculum includes subjects such as Probability, Statistics and Stochastic Processes, Database Systems & Data Mining, Large Scale Scientific Computation, Computational Differential equations, Fuzzy Sets and Artificial intelligence and so on.

Eligibility

The candidate should have qualified 10+2 in science stream + English or its equivalent from a recognized board of education with at least 60% marks in aggregate.
