Course Description

B.Sc. (Hons.) Applied Psychology is a 3 years undergraduate course. The course curriculum covers topics like Introduction to Psychology, Applied Psychology, Clinical Psychology- Introduction, Clinical Psychology- Psychotherapy, Health Psychology, Educational Psychology, Social Psychology, Counseling- Guidance, etc. The course takes a theoretical based approach. On completion of the course, one can work in hospitals, clinical settings, school and colleges as counselors and also in corporate sectors as trainers and specialists in psychological assessments. Applicants can further go into research or become a lecturer.

Eligibility

The candidate should have qualified 10+2 (any stream + English) or its equivalent from a recognized board of education with at least 60% marks in aggregate.
