Course Description

B.Sc Applied Mathematics and Statistics aims to give mathematically oriented students a liberal education in quantitative problem solving.This course is ideal for a person who has a keen interest in learning the application part of the theoretical mathematics. This course develops the ground for any person to learn the basics as well as in-depth knowledge of topics like calculus, algebra, equations and their geometrical representations and graph plots etc. It is a course gives the understanding of basic applications of mathematical techniques which are applied to general principles outside the scope of theoretical mathematics.

Eligibility

The candidate should have qualified 10+2 PCM or its equivalent from a recognized board of education with at least 60% marks in aggregate.
