B.Sc. Actuarial Science is basically about the estimation of insurance risks and premiums, the use of mathematical and economic analyses for decision- making in insurance investment, financial planning, and management, among others. Some different areas covered by B.Sc. Actuarial Science program is Risk management, Forecasting theory, Expansion of risk tables, Computer-assisted research, Secondary data analysis, Economic risks and so forth.
The candidate should have qualified 10+2 (science stream) or its equivalent from a recognized board of education with at least 60% marks in aggregate.
