Course Description
Bachelor of Design in Fashion Design is a branch of design that is associated with the art of creating clothes that are aesthetic to the eye. The course gives knowledge about the various technologies used as well as their applications. This course comprises of but is not limited to the concepts and processes related to fashion accessory design, concept management, textile science, design process management, fabric design, quality control, printing, fashion merchandising, colour mixing, CAD, CAM, product development, marketing as well as personality and skills development subjects.
Eligibility
The candidate should have qualified 10+2 (any stream + English) or its equivalent from a recognized board of education with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
