In the course B.Com Human Resource Management students are taught subjects that include recruitment, compensation, hiring, performance management, organizational development, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, communication, administration, training and development and HR strategy. It is an integral but distinct part of management, concerned with people at work and their working relationships or problems within the enterprises. Students will be concerned with Procurement of required talents through recruitment, selection, placement, inducting, training, compensation and promotion policies, secures co-operation of all employee of the organization for achieving goals and proper utilization of human resources for the success of the enterprise
The candidate should have qualified 10+2 (any stream + English) or it's equivalent from a recognized board of education with at least 55% marks in aggregate.
