Manufacturers and wholesalers need sales representatives since they are the ones that market and advertise their products. Sales agents have a wide selection of careers to choose from, as the products they offer might range from soft drinks to confectionery to office equipment to medicinal supplies. Each product necessitates a thorough grasp of the product, and salespeople are required to attend conferences and trade exhibitions to stay up with new items and consumer demands. Customers are sold retail items, commodities, and services by a sales professional. They collaborate with customers to determine their needs, develop solutions, and maintain a seamless sales process. They'll also use "cold phoning," company directories, and customer referrals to locate fresh sales leads.

The stock maintenance would require organizational skills and time management.
