They tend to participate in different competitions and prepare different recipes, ways of making and baking food in different and innovative ways, and finally enhance the taste buds of the people who eat from their place. This creative work, however, requires a lot of hard work and patience.

The basic roles and responsibilities of a patisser include:

  • Checking and examining the production schedules to check if the correct amount of goods has been delivered to the customers.
  • Assist with preparing confectionery products as required by the business.
