Who is Motivator?
A motivational speaker, also known as an inspirational speaker, is someone who delivers talks with the purpose of encouraging or inspiring the people in the audience. Typically, he or she has a reputation as a specialist on the subject being discussed and will inspire the audience to look at things from a fresh viewpoint and to become more alert to their own talents and abilities. They are hired by corporations, schools, resorts, and communities to lecture on issues such as achieving personal or financial success, living a healthy lifestyle, or organising one's personal life or business. Speakers must adjust their message to their audience, whether it is a class of high school kids or a group of business executives. The ultimate goal of a motivational speaker is to affect people profoundly on an emotional and/or mental level and to assist them to achieve some form of professional or personal change in their lives and within themselves.

Motivators are those individuals who specialize in speaking to children, teenagers, college students, or professionals in the industry. Specialization is another option for speakers, who can focus on a particular subject, such as drug misuse, self-esteem-building, resolving conflicts, or enhancing communication and productivity. Some people choose to specialise in a particular field, such as marketing, management, athletics, or sales.

- Speaking - Communicating with people in order to effectively transmit knowledge.
- Active Listening - Paying close attention and paying close attention to what other people are saying, taking the time to understand the points being made, asking questions when it is appropriate, and not interrupting at inconvenient moments.
- Writing - Effectively communicating through writing in a manner that is acceptable for the demands of the audience.
- Social Perceptiveness - is the ability to be aware of and understand the reactions of others, as well as the reasons for their reactions.
- Coordination - Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.
- Time Management - Managing one's own time and the time of others.
- Reading Comprehension - The ability to comprehend written words and paragraphs in work-related papers.
- Critical Thinking - The process of identifying the advantages and disadvantages of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems by applying logic and reasoning.
- Persuasion - the process of persuading someone else to change their mind or behaviour.
- Complex Problem Solving - The ability to identify complicated problems and study-related information in order to generate and assess choices and implement solutions.
