Overview
Who is Military Personnel?
Personnel in the military are allocated to a specific department or regime. They organise the organisation's work, delegate responsibilities to subordinate specialists, and ensure that work is executed to the highest quality as the unit's incharge. Duty, Honor, and Country are the three guiding principles by which an army officer conducts himself. Planning operations, distributing duties, successfully communicating with subordinate personnel, leading, teaching, directing others, and supervising the welfare and progress of new recruits are only a few of an Army officer's primary responsibilities. Additionally, an Army officer's duties include the operation and maintenance of military systems, equipment, and vehicles and specialised training and administration in engineering, air traffic control, and training. Producing briefings, reports, and presentations and allocating equipment, resources, and personnel all fall within the purview of an Army officer.
