- Evaluate literature and research concerning current findings and best practices

- Fostering new growth
- Gather field and control samples for investigation of the roots, green matter and yields
- Study forest and agricultural metrics
- Create hybrid varieties which comply with the regulations
- Work with total transmission plan to create ideal samples in consecutive generations of plants
- Distribute field reports on the environment
- Processing of horticultural collections and samples
- Good knowledge of plant species and their features, and their environmental impact
- Authenticate the usage of herbicides and pesticides for greenhouse, nursery or forest applications
- Supervise management of samples
- Make sure the data breeding and yield records are correct
