What does Event Manager do?
From start to finish, event managers manage every element of an event. Planners will meet with clients before a meeting, for example, to estimate attendance and decide the meeting's goal. They are in charge of meeting logistics, such as registering attendees and setting up audio/visual equipment for speakers. After the conference, they surveyed attendees to see which subjects caught their interest the most.
