An entomologist is a scientist who studies insects. Entomologists provide various critical functions, including the study of insects' categorization, life cycle, distribution, physiology, behaviour, ecology, and population dynamics. However, most entomologists specialize in studying a specific species or group of insects, such as bees, butterflies, beetles, or ants.
